How to Enter

• Receive one (1) entry for each eligible test drive completed during the promotional period.
• Test drives must be completed at Jim Gauthier Chevrolet during the event dates.
• Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated.
• Test drives must be completed by the registered participant.

Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Manitoba who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver's licence.
• Meet the dealership's requirements to participate in a test drive, including providing proof of insurance if requested.

Employee Exclusion

The contest is not open to:

• Employees of the Gauthier Automotive Group.
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of employees.
• Individuals living in the same household as an employee.

Prize Draw

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Selected winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry.
• If a selected winner cannot be reached within thirty (30) business days, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, another winner will be selected by random draw.

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
• No substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of the dealership.
• The dealership reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Test Drive Requirements

• Participants must comply with all dealership policies and applicable traffic laws.
• Test drives are subject to vehicle availability and approval by dealership staff.
• The dealership reserves the right to refuse a test drive to anyone who does not meet licensing, insurance, or safety requirements.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and for dealership marketing communications where consent has been provided. Information will not be sold or shared except as required by law.

General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Jim Gauthier Chevrolet, which are final.
• The dealerships reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including fraud, technical issues, or other events affecting the integrity of the contest.
• Any attempt to tamper with the contest or violate these rules may result in disqualification.
