Step 1: Submit your claim online with MPI

You will be asked for the following information:

1. The Type of Damage
2. The date, time, and location where the damage took place
3. Vehicles plate/policy/permit number
4. Registered owners information
5. Driver Information

Step 2: Attend your MPI hail estimate appointment

Attend your MPI hail estimate appointment at the MPI Physical Damages Centre - 1981 Plessis Rd. Your vehicle will go through a quick scan process to identify hail damage and determine dent counts and the extent of the damage.

At the end of your appointment, you will be provided with an Appointment Summary.
