At the heart of the Corvette ZR1 is the twin-turbocharged 5.5L LT7 V8 with a flat-plane crankshaft, producing 1,064 horsepower and 828 lb.-ft. of torque. An 8-speed dual-clutch transmission sends power to the rear wheels, while advanced aerodynamics, Magnetic Selective Ride Control™ and available performance packages help maximize handling and control. The ZR1 also features an available Carbon Fibre Aero Package designed to generate significant downforce and enhance high-speed performance.
The Corvette ZR1X builds on the ZR1's LT7 V8 with an electric front-drive unit that adds 186 horsepower, bringing combined output to 1,250 horsepower.
